Steffen Hillebrecht, Diploma in Business Administration, Ph.D in Sociology, both granted from Trier University, after succeeding in different positions both in vocational education and as a business and HR consultant in the media industry he was Professor of Buch / Press Management at HTWK Leipzig (2003-2009) and now holds a tenure position as Professor in Media Management and HR Management/Project Management at Wuerzburg University of Applied Sciences, currently head of the Media Management program (www.fwiwi.fhws.de)
